Free Initial Phone Consultation

We offer a free initial phone consultation for 30 minutes to discuss your divorce or family law problem.

Initial Office Visit Fee

The Initial Office Visit fee is $150 for 60 minutes. From 61 minutes on, the Initial Office Visit fee is charged at our normal hourly rate of $275.00 per hour. The Firm’s fee policy is described and explained in detail at the time of your Initial Office Visit in a New Client Information Letter which will be given to you with our Engagement Letter retainer fee agreement. Additionally, estimated total legal fees are quoted to you upon request at your Initial Office Visit.

Types of Fee Structure:

Hourly Rate: An hourly rate is an hourly charge for all of the attorney’s time devoted to handling a specific case. All legal matters handled by the Law Office of Matthew Z. Martell, P.A. are billed at an hourly rate.
